        范平教授,男,1963年11月生,福建永定人,中共党员。现任深圳大学物理与能源学院院长、深圳市先进薄膜与应用重点实验室主任、深圳大学薄膜物理与应用研究所所长。深圳大学物理学一级学科负责人、薄膜物理与技术交叉学科带头人。浙江大学物理学专业本科毕业,中国科学院研究生院(上海光学精密机械研究所)博士。1985年到深圳大学任教,2003年晋升为教授。历任理学院党委副书记、理学院党委书记、物理科学学院党委书记,深圳大学物理科学与技术学院院长等职。1995年获得深圳市“十佳青年教师” 荣誉称号;1996年被深圳市团委授“鹏城青年创造勋章”;1996年获得广东省“南粤教坛新秀”荣誉称号,长期从事真空物理与技术及薄膜物理与技术的研究,在真空物理与技术方面,独立提出了“分层流动模型流导计算理论”(1994年获深圳市科技论文二等奖),从理论上解决过渡态时真空管道的流导计算困难,被认为在流导计算上,提出了新的见解、新的理论,其结果对于真空设备与抽气系统的设计、航天技术等方面有广泛的应用意义。在薄膜物理与技术方面,在Boltzmann 方程的基础上,建立了同时考虑表面散射和晶界散射的金属薄膜的电子输运新的理论模型,得到了新的电导率计算公式,在此基础上研究了金属薄膜热电势随金属薄膜厚度变化的关系。深入研究了用于软X射线光学多层膜的金属材料薄膜的物理性质、成膜过程特别是对连续膜开始成膜条件与判据的实验与理论,取得了很有价值的新成果。提出了金属薄膜连续性的光学特性特征判据和电学特性特征判据。近年来主要从事半导体材料与器件特别是薄膜半导体材料与器件的研究,在热电材料与器件的应用方面有丰富的积累,提出并深入研究了一种基底两面镀膜的电流方向沿薄膜表面的薄膜热电发电器、柔性薄膜热电发电器和基于多层膜结构的薄膜热电发电器。同时,对新型温敏探头和Seebeck系数测量仪进行了研发,设计制备出了新的样机.研发出全新结构的热电堆方向与激光方向平行的“平行式热电激光功率探头”,很好地解决了传统结构热电式激光功率探头的体积大与应用灵活性差的问题。目前中试产品的各项技术参数均达到国际水平并填补了国内的技术空白。研发出一种利用太阳能聚热的温差发电系统,已与企业合作建立起1.2kW的太阳能聚热发电系统示范工程,目前正在开展10kw温差发电机组示范工程项目。多年来对薄膜太阳能电池,尤其是铜铟镓硒和钙钛矿太阳电池进行了较深入的研究。参与或主持完成国家、省、市、校基金项目多项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Appl Phys Lett. , Prog. Photovolt: Res. Appl., Scientific Reports,Journal of Alloys and Compounds,Applied Surface Science, Materials Research Bulletin和Solar Energy等国内外主要专业期刊上发表论文80余篇。被SCI收录60余篇。获得美国、欧盟和日本等国家授权发明专利7项,国内发明专利授权12项、实用新型专利3项。获得广东省科技成果登记一项:粤科成(2)字【2018】0011 “高性能Bi-Sb-Te基薄膜温差电池制造及温差发电示范工程” )。指导本科学生获第十一届“挑战杯”广东大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖(2011)和深圳大学2010年“挑战杯”课外学术科技作品竞特等奖。指导的硕士研究生获“2010年度中国真空学会真空科学硕士、博士优秀论文奖”和“2009年度中国真空学会真空科学与技术硕士生奖”。兼任中国真空学会理事、广东省物理学会副理事长、深圳市真空学会理事长、《真空科学与技术学报》编委。
